August 8-9 - “Building a New Legacy” Campaign Update

Mark your calendars!  The “Building a New Legacy” Campaign Pep Rally is scheduled for Wednesday August 26th at 6:00 pm in the Don Bosco High School Gym.  It’s an opportunity to see the plans for the new multi-use building and the planned improvements for Don Bosco High School. Meet the new principal, Eric Eckerman and hear the Don Bosco Marching Band. 

We have started to do some of the mailings this week.  The mailings are going out over a four week period, so if your neighbor gets a letter and you haven’t, please be patient.

The Campaign Team will be at the school registration on August 11 to answer questions!

August 1-2: “Building a New Legacy” Campaign Update

Within a few weeks school will be starting.  This is an exciting time and there will be many opportunities for us to be involved in events at the Bosco System Catholic Schools. 

On the campaign front, we are planning to begin mailing our campaign brochure the end of August to every alumni, parent, and parishioner in the Bosco System…nearly 4000 names.  Shortly thereafter, volunteers will begin a campaign to make a personal contact with as many families as possible.   Our goal is to have all the contacts made by the end of October!

July 23: Bosco System Catholic Schools Campaign Update

Have you been wondering “What happened to the plan to move into a capital campaign for the Bosco System?”   The last two months have been very busy as the Board of Education and the Building Committee worked to reevaluate the needs  given our ability to financially support them.  We are here to announce…the plan is coming together.  A brochure is being created and recruiting the leadership team is moving very well. 

Campaign Theme Announcement - “Building a New Legacy” is our campaign theme to signify it’s time for us to step up and build on the work that was started over 50 years ago when six parishes came together to build the Bosco System Catholic Schools.  The goal of our work today is to provide another step in the future of the school that will be looked on by our future parents and students as they continue the legacy.
